Calculez simplement le tour de votre poignet avec un ruban à mesurer, ou une corde que vous mesurerez à l'aide d'une règle ensuite. Pour un plus grand confort, la grandeur devrait être mesurée au dessus de l'os du poignet (côté avant-bras, et non côté main).
